Did you know? That you can make a delicious rhubarb gin liquor at home? All you need is one bottle of London Dry Gin (we like Gordon's), a Kilner jar or similar, 400g caster sugar and 1 kilo of rhubarb, cut into small chunks (red/pink stalks).
Firstly add the chopped rhubarb and sugar to the Kilner jar, put in the lid, shake it around and leave for 24 hours. The sugar draws out the lovely rhubarb juice.
The next day add the gin, seal and shake and leave in a cool place out of direct sunlight for about four weeks and it's ready to serve. Quite nice added to prosecco!
