Important Update for Our US Customers 🇺🇸

From the end of August 2025, the USA will be removing the tariff-free limit for imports from the UK. This means that all orders sent to the US will be subject to customs duties and charges, no matter how small. There may also be delays while parcels go through customs.

This change is a US policy and is unfortunately out of our hands. I just want to make sure you’re aware before you order, so there are no surprises.

💛 If you’re in the US and planning to order, now’s the perfect time. We’ll dispatch your parcel straight away to try and make sure it arrives before the new rules take effect.

Important shipping update

Due to the new GPSR regulations, I’m unfortunately no longer able to ship MELLA products to the EU or Northern Ireland.

I’m very sorry about this. At the moment, the cost and complexity of complying with the new rules are simply too much for a small business like mine.
